I’ve worked in Customer Service since 1996. In 2005 I brought that front end understanding of human interaction and frustration with me into the world of technical operations. Now after years managing major impact incidents in large corporations I am angling to get ahead of the issues. How can I help deployments release successfully and contribute to minimize the downstream daily impact. WIth the popularization of AI toolsets, I see a world of potential; easing use for end users and those who help them, but only if executed under IT Operational Security Standards.

Technology Education
$30 per person for a 90 minute class.
30 min of presentation with Q/A followed by 1:1 instruction.
Minimum of 5 people. Extra time and cost for over 15 attendees.
